Jetmir Privacy Policy
Privacy without the fine-print fog machine.
This Privacy Policy explains how Jetmir handles personal information for visitors, contractor companies, administrators, field workers, and other authorized users of the Jetmir platform. It is intended to apply to users in Canada, the United States, and the European Union.
Effective date: June 9, 2026
1. Who owns and operates Jetmir
Jetmir is owned in whole by Ten-24 Inc. In this policy, “Jetmir,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Jetmir and Ten-24 Inc as the operator of the platform.
2. Our plain-language privacy commitment
Jetmir is built to help field service companies run their work, not to turn their data into a side hustle. Ten-24 Inc will never re-sell information without the contractor company's explicit permission.
User information is collected only as far as needed to authenticate and authorize the user so they can successfully use the Jetmir platform.
3. Information we may collect
Depending on how a contractor company configures and uses Jetmir, we may process the following categories of information:
- Account and authentication information, such as name, work email, login credentials, role, permissions, and account status.
- Authorization information, such as company membership, team assignment, access level, and platform permissions.
- Basic technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, security logs, and diagnostic records.
- Company-provided operational data, such as clients, jobs, schedules, notes, work history, products, project records, quotes, invoices, files, photos, and related field service records entered or imported by the contractor company or its authorized users.
- Website analytics information from visitors to jetmir.io, such as page views and general usage patterns, to help us understand whether the website is doing its job or just standing around looking busy.
- Voluntary website contact or demo request information, such as name, work email, company name, request type, and message content.
4. How we use information
We use information for the following purposes:
- To authenticate users and confirm that they are who they say they are.
- To authorize access so users only see and use the parts of Jetmir that their contractor company permits.
- To provide, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the platform.
- To support contractor companies with onboarding, configuration, data migration, and service requests.
- To respond to website contact requests, demo requests, and questions about Jetmir.
- To detect, prevent, and respond to misuse, unauthorized access, security incidents, fraud, or technical problems.
- To meet legal, regulatory, accounting, tax, and compliance obligations where they apply.
5. Contractor company data
Contractor companies control the business records they add to Jetmir. If a company uses Jetmir to store job records, client details, employee or crew information, project files, invoices, photos, notes, or service history, we process that information to provide the platform and related services to that contractor company.
We do not claim ownership of contractor company operational data. The contractor company remains responsible for ensuring that it has the right to collect, upload, import, and use that data in Jetmir.
6. Data migration
If a contractor company signs up after a free trial or service period, Jetmir may help migrate existing data from the field service management system the company used before Jetmir. Migration work is performed to help the contractor company move into Jetmir and is not permission for us to sell or re-use that data.
7. How we share information
We share information only when needed to operate Jetmir, provide service, comply with law, protect rights and security, or with the contractor company's explicit permission. This may include:
- Service providers that help with hosting, infrastructure, authentication, security, analytics, support, communications, or platform operations.
- Authorized users within the same contractor company, based on their assigned roles and permissions.
- Legal, regulatory, or government authorities where disclosure is required by applicable law or valid legal process.
- Professional advisers, such as lawyers, accountants, auditors, or insurers, where reasonably necessary.
- A successor organization in the event of a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of business assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality and privacy protections.
8. No resale without explicit permission
Ten-24 Inc will never re-sell contractor company information or user information without the contractor company's explicit permission. No sneaky data broker nonsense. If permission is required, it must be clear, specific, and intentionally given.
9. Cookies and analytics
The Jetmir marketing website may use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics, to understand website traffic and improve the website experience. Analytics information is used in aggregate where practical and is not used to give third parties permission to re-sell contractor company data.
Users can manage cookies through their browser settings. Some browser choices may affect how websites behave, because browsers love making simple things dramatic.
10. Legal bases for EU users
For individuals in the European Union, we process personal information under one or more legal bases under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), depending on the context:
- Performance of a contract, where processing is needed to provide Jetmir to a contractor company or authorized user.
- Legitimate interests, such as securing the platform, preventing misuse, improving services, and supporting business operations.
- Consent, where consent is required by law or where we ask for a specific optional permission.
- Legal obligation, where processing is needed to comply with applicable law.
11. Privacy rights in Canada, the United States, and the EU
Depending on where a person is located and which laws apply, they may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or information about how their personal information is used.
Authorized users should first contact their contractor company administrator when the request relates to company-controlled operational data. Where Jetmir or Ten-24 Inc is responsible for responding directly, we will respond as required by applicable privacy law.
EU users may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Canadian users may have rights under applicable Canadian privacy laws, including PIPEDA and provincial privacy laws where they apply. US users may have rights under applicable federal or state privacy laws, depending on their location and the nature of the information.
12. International transfers
Jetmir may process information in Canada, the United States, the European Union, or other locations where we or our service providers operate. When information is transferred across borders, we use safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and the applicable legal requirements.
13. Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed to provide Jetmir, support contractor companies, maintain security, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and enforce agreements. Contractor company operational data may be retained for up to one year after the contractor company cancels services with Ten-24 Inc, unless a longer period is required by law, needed for dispute resolution, or agreed in writing.
14. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and loss. No system is perfect, but “hope for the best” is not a security strategy, so we treat access control, authentication, and platform security as core operating requirements.
15. Children
Jetmir is intended for business use by contractor companies and their authorized users. It is not directed to children and should not be used by individuals who are not authorized to use the platform for business purposes.
16. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice where required by law. The newest version will be posted on this page.
