Ten‑24 Inc. (“Ten‑24“, “we“, “us“) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information when you or your organization (“Customer“, “you“) access the Jetmir™ software‑as‑a‑service platform, mobile applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Service” or “Jetmir“). By using Jetmir, you consent to the practices described in this Policy and acknowledge that your information may be processed in Canada and other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate.
This Policy applies to personal information we handle in connection with Jetmir. Where we process personal information on behalf of a Customer, we do so as a “processor” or “service provider” under applicable laws; the Customer is the “controller” or “business” responsible for lawful processing.

Jetmir is hosted in Canada (primary) and may use cloud infrastructure in the United States. We rely on adequacy decisions, contractual safeguards, and industry‑standard security measures for cross‑border transfers. EU/UK data may be protected by Standard Contractual Clauses.
We retain personal information as long as your account is active or as needed to: (a) provide Jetmir; (b) comply with legal obligations; (c) resolve disputes; and (d) enforce agreements. We delete or anonymize data at account closure, subject to backup and audit obligations.
Ten‑24 employs administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (e.g., encryption in transit, role‑based access, regular penetration testing). However, no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for safeguarding your passwords and access tokens.
