Ten‑24 Inc. (“Ten‑24“, “we“, “us“) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information when you or your organization (“Customer“, “you“) access the Jetmir™ software‑as‑a‑service platform, mobile applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Service” or “Jetmir“). By using Jetmir, you consent to the practices described in this Policy and acknowledge that your information may be processed in Canada and other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to personal information we handle in connection with Jetmir. Where we process personal information on behalf of a Customer, we do so as a “processor” or “service provider” under applicable laws; the Customer is the “controller” or “business” responsible for lawful processing.

3. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

  • Comply with legal obligations.
  • Provide, operate, and maintain Jetmir;
  • Authenticate users and secure the Service;
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions;
  • Respond to requests, comments, and questions;
  • Develop new features, conduct analytics, and improve usability;
  • Send administrative messages, updates, and security alerts;
  • Market Jetmir to existing and prospective customers (you may opt out of marketing at any time);
  • Enforce our Terms of Service, protect rights, property, and safety; and

4. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA/UK Users)

Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR“) or UK GDPR applies, our legal bases include: (a) contract performance; (b) legitimate interests (e.g., security, improvement, marketing to existing users); (c) consent (for certain cookie and marketing activities); and (d) legal compliance.

5. Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We share it only as follows:

  • Business Transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to confidentiality safeguards.
  • Service Providers. Hosting, analytics, customer‑support, and payment processors who must safeguard data and may use it only for our instructions.
  • Integrations. At your direction, we share data with third‑party apps (e.g., QuickBooks, Stripe). Their policies govern their use of data.
  • Legal & Safety. To comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect rights, property, and safety of Ten‑24, our users, or the public.

6. International Data Transfers

Jetmir is hosted in Canada (primary) and may use cloud infrastructure in the United States. We rely on adequacy decisions, contractual safeguards, and industry‑standard security measures for cross‑border transfers. EU/UK data may be protected by Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Retention

We retain personal information as long as your account is active or as needed to: (a) provide Jetmir; (b) comply with legal obligations; (c) resolve disputes; and (d) enforce agreements. We delete or anonymize data at account closure, subject to backup and audit obligations.

8. Security

Ten‑24 employs administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (e.g., encryption in transit, role‑based access, regular penetration testing). However, no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for safeguarding your passwords and access tokens.

9. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

  • Access and obtain a copy of personal data;
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • Delete certain data (subject to exceptions);
  • Restrict or object to processing;
  • Port data to another service;
  • Withdraw consent for marketing or cookies.

California (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents may request information about data practices, opt out of “sharing” for cross‑context behavioral advertising, and request deletion. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where feasible.

Jetmir uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, and measure site usage (e.g., Google Analytics). You can manage cookies via browser settings or opt‑out banners where required.

11. Third‑Party Sites & Services

Links to third‑party websites or integrations are provided for convenience. We do not control their privacy practices; review their policies before sharing information.

12. Children

Jetmir is intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us to delete it.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy periodically. Material changes will be announced via email or in‑app notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of Jetmir indicates acceptance.
