Here are some answers to provide a bit more information about us, what drives us, where are we going and how you can be a part of the journey. At the end of the day, Jetmir is made for your electrical contractor team, to help you grow and succeed even more!
When working on our research, we found that there is an increasing level of dissatisfaction with other solutions due to a high price tag, feature-gating (if you want more services you pay more) and complexity of usage. Jetmir is one of the lowest priced field service management platforms for the skilled trades, offering all features from the get-go and without hidden fees. We’ve also taken a lot of time to create the easiest possible user experience so you can focus on your trade instead of learning how to use Jetmir.
The answer is pretty simple: we want to be as flexible as we need to be in order to work with our customers. Sometimes things change, sometimes clients find solutions better suited to them – we’re here to work with you, not to make your life difficult with locked-in plans and so on. If you are not satisfied with the quality of service, let us know (“Feedback” menu item once you log into your account) – if we are unable to address your concerns, we are happy parting ways as much as we’re happy onboarding you. It’s whatever works best for you and your crew!
We have several improvements in progress. One of them is to build a vehicle tracking system in order to also manage effectively your trucks and your mobile team. We are also working on integrating with several third party providers such as Quickbooks in order to facilitate accounting practices. We’re also working on better reporting and exporting capabilities within Jetmir. If you have suggestions for us to consider, we look forward to hear from you via the “Feedback” menu item once you sign-in to your Jetmir account.
We are currently working on a referral program where for each company referred you would get 1 month of free service at the tier you are signed-up for, up to a maximum of 6 referrals. The referral free month kicks in when the referred company pays for their first month (they also get to try us out for 30 days first). This means, that you could get up to 7 months free: the original 1 free month + the 6 months from your referrals.
